A service visit was scheduled for 830 and Randy way prompted and on time. He immediately diagnosed the issue with my unit and went straight to the problem. He's well knowledgeable about his craft and his due diligence spoke for itself!!! At 845 my AC is up and running again!!! I appreciate the service!!!!

My air conditioning system stopped working on one of the hottest days of the season. He was on time and knowledge responding to my concerns. After he inspected and analyzed the problem he repaired it quickly. He was mannerly and very respectful. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again for any future needs

Randy and Smith & Son Hvac LLC, conduct business the way it use to be. I'm an older person and remember how it use to be in the good old days, people were hard working and courteous and cared about the work they do, they stood behind their work and Randy even though younger still has these values.
